With the relaxing of restrictions on viewing property announced on the 13th May, comes the advice that potential buyers and tenants should do a virtual viewing (where available) before travelling to a property to do a physical viewing.  During the lockdown, we were able to maintain interest and sell some of our properties by providing 360 tours and video viewings.  With the possibility of restrictions tightening again if the virus gains momentum again, it is essential to anyone who still wants the chance of selling to have a virtual viewing option.

All new instruction with Dee Atkinson & Harrison will be given the option to have a 360 tour or a video viewing filmed and loaded onto Rightmove and our own website.  This is a free addition to our service and one that is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell their property in the safest possible way.
